>>56430670I think some parts of the Team Rocket plotline are a little nonsensical. The Lake of Rage and Radio Tower plots are loosely connected since they both have to do with radio waves, but they're also for completely different purposes. Team Rocket goes from chopping off Slowpoketails for profit, to forcing Magikarp to evolve, to just trying to get Giovanni's attention. If I were to rewrite how GSC handles its legendaries, I would make the Team Rocket plot tied to Lugia. Azalea Town lore mentions that a Slowpoke's yawn once summoned a rainstorm, and it stands to reason that an exceptionally strong radio signal might be able to reach underwater. I don't know specifically how it would all go, but I think there's enough to work with in order to construct a more fleshed out story.
