Got to the E4, immediately got hopelessly wiped and ended up playing through Rocket Edition to take a break. Just wrapped that up, absolute breeze by comparison, wonderful hack, picking clover back up. Immediately wiped at the E4 again and feel refreshed. Rate my team and give advice and maybe discord link

Yeah bendova is the wall. What i remember being helpful was trying my best to not let him set up sunlight with his stuffed bird, since IIRC that's what buffed two of his mons. Are you conserving spilefree for when you need to eat some normal moves with ghost immunity, or does it die too fast for that to matter?

first of all, i suggest using the battle house in triport for grinding, the battles are repeatable and they scale with easier mons
then i know this is a dumb question, but are you giving your team consumable items? you do know that they don't get consumed in important battles, right? even if you didn't explore much, some type resistance berries alone would probably do you good
