Ampharos is now an Electric/Dragon type, but the only Dragon moves it learns is Dragon Breath and outrage at level 65

How does it fare against Gen 2 Gym Leaders, the Elite Four, and the Kanto rematches?

Like all shitmons, give it Follow Me and you have a niche now. It has Static so even better.

Congrats on suddenly becoming the only viable Dragon Cheer supporter in VGC btw.
