Having the 2 new top legendaries for each gen's box arts has become boring now

Gen 1 = 2/3 fully evolved starters
>Gen 1 third = cute unevolved anime mascot
Gen 2 = 2 new top legendaries
>Gen 2 third = 1/3 of the lesser legandary trio
Gen 3 = 2 new top legendaries
>Gen 3 third = the new top top legendary (boss of the other 2 new top legendaries)
Gen 4 = 2 new top legendaries
>Gen 4 third = the new top top legendary (boss of the other 2 new top legendaries)
Gen 5 = 2 new top legendaries
>Gen 5 part ii = the new top top legendary (boss of the other 2 new top legendaries) in his form where he fuses with the other 2 new top legendaries
Gen 6 = 2 new top legendaries
Gen 7 = 2 new top legendaries
>Gen 7 part ii = the new top top legendary (boss of the other 2 new top legendaries) in his form where he fuses with the other 2 new top legendaries
Gen 8 = 2 new top legendaries
Gen 9 = 2 new top legendaries

It's really boring. I'd like to see some variety again.
Fully evolved starters, unevolved starters, lesser legendaries, mythicals, or other iconic mons from the games would be nice to see on the box art going forward for the next few gens.

Yeah I agree actually. There's pretty much a full dex worth of legendaries anyway at this point, they don't mean much at all any more. They had a god and the creators of every region and the controllers of time and space themselves already 5 generations ago. Some new abomination on the front of the game really isn't going help sell it to me. Stick something I might want to train on there.

It's probably just autism, but I find it impossible to suspend disbelief that none of the newer pokemon or even mentions or stories of them made it to the regions of the older games. With Johto there weren't that many new ones and they were deliberately spread out as if they were rare so it sort of worked, although the proximity of the regions makes it slightly questionable that none were known about by Prof Oak.

and when they make pokemon Dildo and pokemon fleshlight which starter best fits the dildo game package? The fire tye cause the dildo is pink? But hes the bara mon rep so should he instead be on Pokemon fleshlight's cover?

And they don't do third games anymore. There isn't gonna be a Pokemon butt plug for the forgotten grass type to be on the cover of.

Maybe it could be a mundane pokemon that happens to be key to the story, like the cubone in RBY for example, but moreso, and it's different between versions.
I'm surprised they still do two versions and don't just make the exclusives more of a friend safari kind of system. There's surely enough pokemon out there by this point that there can be a hundred different exclusives based on trainer ID or something.

It's jap only and I haven't been able to find it with English subs, but I downloaded it with German subs, which I understand quite well. A gutted 4kids version exists, broken up into 3 episodes of chronicles.
I was sceptical of the later films myself, but the 4th gen ones aren't so bad, especially if you can avoid 4kids/whatever company took over from 4kids versions. The first move in jap with subs is great, more profound and has a long scene that was cut.
