>>56461448>>56461491You know what's funny, ever since Gen 6, Azumarill doesn't change genders through evolution anymore, so it seems like a desperate attempt to try to force their trans ideas on to any Pokémon that is either Pink or are Pastel colors that is why they tried to make Primarina into a trans symbol which they also failed on that as well, most agree that Gamefreak's Old Mind set on Starter gender ratios to be mostly male doesn't make sense with modern Starters who are now designed to be the female of the group even in the Pokémon medias portrays them as females, heck even Gamefreak themselves are portraying as females when they are NPCs.
As for Sylveon, you have Eevee to mostly blame for that as Eevee is liked by mostly girls and gays, also it doesn't help that whoever designed Sylveon was really trying to play into the Gender-Neutral look by giving it a Bowtie while giving it a Hairbow while making it's Shiny Blue, then added on top of that is Sensitive Masculinity getting upset finding out Eevee can evolve into Sylveon with as little effort and how natural it's stats/moveset just flows into Sylveon's making it feel like a true evolution which upsets them even more knowing they'll never be a Normal type evolution as Sylveon took that way from them.
I've never seen anyone try making Skitty a trans symbol and it sound so stupid, Skitty is mostly female, it's just as stupid as people thinking Granbull is a 100% male when it's actually mostly female that is why Purugly is considered the feline counterpart as both are based on a joke about ugly females.
