With her short shorts and flip-flops, she's essentially naked from her thighs down while keeping it tasteful, as befits her design as the coolest pokegirl. The floral bracelet and flower behind her ear are also very cute and imply a vacation in Alola. After becoming champion, she's there to unwind, enjoy the beach and sun, maybe try a few cocktails for the first time and get a little drunk. Once she's used to the hot weather, expect to see her in a black bikini top and her signature shorts with the aforementioned flip-flops. Sunglasses and lots of sunscreen are also a must. She probably sunburns very easily because she's too white.
As for the thread question, Hilda is the focus of a lot of /blacked/ attention because of her codename and game edition, her more mature design in a relative sense compared to other protagonists, and her looks. Unova being based on the USA and NY likely has something to do with it, since a sidequest has her reunite and help some black dancer trainers. Fan headcanon says they teach her some moves.
