Area Zero and Rakua are one and the same.
If you're gonna shove your head up your own ass after that despite Penny's involvement in Area Zero from the games, which she clearly was there in the anime, then you are truly deluded.
I'll screencap this thread and make one openly laughing at your asshurt denial once they confirm that Area Zero is Rakua.
