Not concretely. it was the most vague thing ever, The young professor says they THINK paradoxes are from other timelines, but this is before they every obtained one or built the machine to know for sure. The AI knows exactly what the successful professor knows, which is pure time travel only, but then everyone seems to suggest the AI is not narrating reliably. I personally am leaning towards time travel though.

In fact, they don't like reality. So they choose the discourse that suits them, regardless of logic.

Knowing that all the official external media, such as the maps, go in the direction of the AI (notably with the expansion descriptions, whose introduction faithfully follows the lore of the game, and then extrapolates to find a logic for the expansion, this “ancient/future” map story and lots of other things.

He doesn't know that Raikou was conceived by an artist in exchange for payment, and that his work therefore legally belongs to TPC.
He probably doesn't know that Raikou's design was reworked and modified by someone other than its author, before making its first appearance to the general public.
And they know even less that Ire-Foudre is a creation of the same company that holds the rights to Raikou.

Unless the OP is just a troll, wanting to surf on what Palworld is accused of. Except that his reasoning is stupid, because Pocket Pair doesn't hold the legal rights to Pokémon.

Because the only time two people have been credited for creating a pokémon in the manner in which you claim was Bruxish, with Turner "finalising" its design after its creator asked him to do so. Otherwise, the creator gets told by the selection committee directly what areas they feel need to be changed to pass muster and the creator goes off and does that revision work themselves (though in the case of Gen 8's starters, two people were tasked to create each type family from the outset and had to work as a pair to design the members, which did leave two people credited and two people working on the iterations, but once again wasn't "one person created it, then an unrelated person came along and re-designed it" like you claimed)

Having said that, let's get back to the heart of the matter. Each Pokémon is redesigned by Ken Sugimori, so it's actually reworked, and this is where we get the final version of the Pokémon. In the case of Suicune, for example, Sugimori has interpreted the canine side more.

Several people at this stage have described the creative process pokémon undergo to go from proposal to pokémon and not one of them have said the person who initially proposes the design then loses the design for subsequent revisions. This isn't Hollywood and pokémon are not scripts. And this waste of my time educating a zoomie wastrel could have been avoided if they just read ANY of the many interviews released to support game releases over the last 9 years, let alone digging into the wayback machine for those 19 years ago.

It would seem that your insolence and ego are damaging your vision, which is most regrettable. The Suicune example is clear enough about what I meant. And it's not as if designs have been changed long after they've been released, Eevee is rather an interesting example, but it's not the only one.
So no, a design can be reworked, or even modified in a minor way by another actor such as Ken Sugimori, who has his own interpretation of what is presented to him.
