1. Ogrepon becomes scared of you and latches onto Carmine, her second biggest helper, who may or may not catch her but is conscious of Ogrepon's feelings so she probably would be glad to have her around and Kieran would become upset that now his own sister is preferred over him.
2. Ogrepon becomes hostile to you and comes back with her culge to beat you before isolating herself again. The status quo pre-TM returns.
3. Ogrepon becomes a mental masochist and continues to latch onto you even after getting abused. She is also canonically naive so she could just assume you're not trying to be malicious, especially after you were so nice to her during TM.
