That implies Unova was planned for Gen 9 for some reason, which it wasn't. it also implies that Unova isn't coming on the next console (Gen 10), which it is. So how exactly was it skipped? That's like saying they skipped Gen 10 in favor of ZA when Gen 10 is coming after anyway.
