Cinderace is a canon male 'mon, Primarina (and Delphox, Meow and Meganium) are all canon female, because gender ratios mean exactly fuck-all when the creature's design is influenced by female roles. And if you're going to get pissy because Game Freak don't shill their shit the way you want, you need to stop that and remember "the world hates queers and Japan despises them more than most the world". So that's why they don't push girly designs as male, they're not faggots who WANT girly designs to be male.
