I sort of understand Let's Go but Yellow Pikachu is just a normal Pikachu
Anyway to answer your question, yes I used Pikachu in a LeafGreen playthrough last month

Do you mean the entire line or just Pikachu in particular? I used Raichu on my team in Pokémon X, Moon and Ultra Moon.

Literally only in Yellow
I vastly prefer Electrode or Magneton to fulfill my electric pokemon slots
