Ok help me understand the Pokémon episode order because this isn't making sense.
The gen 1 and 2 seasons are;
>Indigo league
>Orange Islands
>The Johto Journeys
>Johto League Champions
>Master Quest
In indigo league i remember an episode where Ash's charmeleon evolves into charizard and all the calamity that ensues. I also remember him winning badge 7 from Blane by beating his Magmar with seismic toss.
But i just started Master Quest with my kids and we're on episode 14 and just realized Ash still has a charmeleon, and also only has 5 badges.
So clearly the timeline isn't in order but please help me understand where it splits?
