i think it's implied that once director clavell learned the truth about team star and the school admin's coverup job, he forced clive and everyone else who was looking into team star to relocate to a different school district as part of a coverup scheme. i'm hopeful our boy might have a cameo in a future game tho, his subplot definitely felt unfinished by the end
