Fight from the original RBGY, a Pokemon's cry was audibly different from the vocalizations in their text boxes; the only exception was when Yellow released and they put in a soundbite from the anime as its voice. While we audibly hear a 'GWOOOAAH' as the Raidons' cry, in-universe they're saying 'Agias!', which is not their name but is the sound they seem to make regardless.
