Rattata: No usuage in LC, so I'm guessing equally bad.
Raticate:
USUM: 0% usage in VGC. In SS, alolan is ZUBL whereas original is ZU, and is ranked better in PU.
LGPE: RU is barely documented, but it's generally agreed upon that original is a bit better

Raichu:
USUM: In 2018 VGC, original raichu sees 1.87% usage over alolan's 0.07%. Sun series, original is 1.06% and alolan is 0.26%. Both are too low in Moon and Ultra series. In SS Alolan is PU while orginal is ZU.
LGPE: RU is the lowest you can go in this meta, but while original is unranked, alolan is considered almost ban worthy.
SwSh: Only data from series 6+ is available. In series 7, original has 3.92% while alolan has .17%. In series 8, original has 2.92% while alolan has .05%. In series 9, original has 2.33% while alolan has .05%. In series 11, original has 1.65% while alolan has .01%. In SS, original is ZU while alolan is PUBL.
SV: Barely any use in VGC. In SS, neither are listed in PU or ZU viability rankings.
A little hard to say, as neither is better than the other in both formats. I feel as though, while being a tier and a bit a head is pretty nice, getting to 4% usage in VGC is pretty darn good, maybe equivalent to a C or D rank in OU? ORIGINAL WINS.
