Instead of using your favorites, instead of using the strongest, GF wants you to try and use ALL Pokemon. That's the only way you can know firsthand which are strong (bc some people actually suck at using some 'strong mons'), which are you personal favorites and which are both. Pokemon, specifically teambuilding, is a game of problem solving and you won't solve every problem like the other guy.
TLDR: Neither are right - try and use every single Pokemon and figure it out yourself. Get rid of your biases.
