>>56545669It's not really the meta due to pretty low offensive stats but Electrode has a decent niche as surprise lead. Obviously it's much better in older gens without team previews where lead game is much more important. Extremely fast Thunderwave, Explosion and Light Screen are pretty neat niche. HP Grass can be used to catch off guard Rock/Grounds and something like Swampert, too.
To be honest I miss no-team preview gens. Lead game was my favorite part of the match, there was always so many weird and quirky things that could give you this early game advantage. Fucking custap berry Golem was my MVP.
