The trailer was probably created by an external company just following rough drafts of the general idea. This is the reason why there are no real leaks, not because TPC has the project locked away in a secret facility or all of their employees and underemployed are moral champions who would never sell the company's secrets, there will always be rats on the ship, but there is simply nothing to leak.
Hopefully next year they will have a few models or a cinematic to show on Pokemon Day.
