What "extra time"? L: A got three years and launched '22. They announced another Legends game for '25. At best, they made a new engine for it and took their traditional 3 year dve cycle for it, otherwise they're re-using the L: A engine and it's getting made in two.
Can you fuckers PLEASE learn Game Freak dev cycles?

Or they took two years pre-production to map out a celebration of their series and made it in two as per usual, because it's still targeting 7-10 year olds thus doesn't need to waste time on shit that's irrelevant to their experience.

or they took a year off to wait for the next console that will be the best game you'll praise despite being the shittiest, the stage up from the switch will far greater than any game on switch period but still worse than any game releasing on the new console.
Or they took it off to show they want to own the patent for monster catching, when they win i hope they encourage more company's to do the same so activision can own fps and only CoD can be done.
Time can't fix none existent development knowledge.
Just buy the ad game for the merchandise and be exited for next ad, who cares how bad it will be when we already know it will.
