I don't think those early concepts translated to the final design or what the anime did with her.
She is still pretty Native American to me.

She does wear big jewelry when she's in her dragon village. It also said she can unlock the inner strength of her pokemon and that's literally what she does with Hax vs Cynthia. Not sure how that translates to being a bad trainer. Maybe it meant unconventional trainer, the doc was machine translated after all. Also there is nothing native American about her in hindsight. People just assumed since she's brown and champ of the America region.

The leak says inexperienced, which is a different thing and tracks better with her canon game self(inexperienced but incredibly talented by BW hence why she's already on par with Drayden, Champion in BW2 once she's more experienced).

theres actually multiple documents of different interations of the same character.
People just found another one for Iris when she was ment to be a flying type gym leader.
