Notice they didn't have kids. Modern Pokémon and Humans can't breed. Only the ancient Humans and Pokémon could because they were so genetically close to each other. It's kinda like how Crocodiles and Alligators can't breed together but Tigers and Lions can.

I think N was just adopted by Zoroark mother. I don't understand why everyone said he was a Zoroark himself. His whole point was that he was a human that think like a pokemon (therefore Gaycheese adopted him because he was the only one who could be pure of heart and probably shared the Unova king's bloodline like him).
