She isn't hurt at all
There's nothing in the encounter which suggests she was or would be raped, and there's nothing which contradicts the pokedex entry saying very hungry Hypnos attack humans to feed on their dreams
Given the evidence, we can only assume the Hypno was going to feed on her dreams, and nothing more. We don't even have any proof that Dream Eater causes lasting harm
Heck the English localization even makes it clear the kidnapping is an isolated incident
So it's like if a starving wolf irl tries to eat a human, but in any other situation would be terrified of humans
That's basically what canon Hypnos are, dream-predators whose preferred prey is canonically not humans but who will try their luck when desperate
