In fact, going off of Pokedex entries from Drowzee that point towards good dreams being tastier dreams, Hypno has no reason whatsoever to actually rape anyone, as that would result in them having especially bad dreams, drastically reducing the feed quality they crave above all else.
Sure, wild Hypno who don't live in proximity to humans may be prone to causing trouble due to not knowing how to correctly interact with them, as we've seen with the infamous case of Lostelle in FRLG that only emboldened people's beliefs that it's a child rapist species, but a trained Hypno or one that's lived close to humans would no doubt have it in their best interests to actually improve someone's day in the hopes of improving the likelihood of them producing a deliciously good dream later.
