Make a second profile on your Switch and start a new save, Home is compatible with multiple profiles and you can transfer Pokemon between them. Then transfer your starter to your main profile and max level it + EV train etc and transfer it back. Then steamroll through the basegame to complete it, there should be no challenge whatsoever.
Once you reach Kitakami you don't have to do anything in the game whatsoever. Instead transfer over your SV living dex from your main profile to your second one, this will clear Perrin's requirement and let you do the Bloodmoon Beast hunt. Complete that and she'll move to Blueberry, which is also unlocked for you here.
Go to Blueberry, enter the Terarium, and instantly satisfy Perrin's dex requirement with your transfered living dex. She'll show you the pictures for the DLC paradoxes, which then become available in Area Zero. Catch them and transfer everything back.
You don't need to complete the Teal Mask or Indigo Disk. Just base SV.
