I don't mind Lucian. He doesn't get much, but I think his vibe and what he's about carries through with his design, and his appearances in the Canalave Library where he talks about books is also interesting enough. Aaron is a bit of a dud, he just makes me think of an older Bugsy without the Bug Catcher attire.
I think ORAS kind of hurt Sidney. His thing is that he's a well-off delinquent, he's dressed up nice but the colors and his hair give off this kind of skeevy trouble vibe. With ORAS, they downgrade the formality of his clothes and give him a big sneer and golden watch, it's more overkill. There aren't a lot of ORAS redesigns I like. Drake and Phoebe are pretty much identical, Wallace might as well be in a pride parade now, and Wattson is wearing a costume instead of actual clothes. Beyond that, everyone is more cutesy with Sugimori's evolving style and in more exaggerated poses.
