That's literally the intent, Flamigo is supposed to be a lawn ornament not an actual Flamingo. Shame most Pokemon textures nowadays look like plastic toys so the design fell flat

Well there's a difference when you only have 25X mons VS when you're around 1000 or so, you'll start using previously discarded ideas but you're running out of unique things.
