So in the end we do see that Unova is proportionally the most off, but we can also see that it's basically at the extreme end of a sort of "dip in the middle" in terms of expected values, with Gen 1 and Gen 9 being overwhelmingly represented (for obvious reasons) to the point it basically defeats the purpose of the data.
