Electric doesn't need the buff. I would instead add a Psychic version of Freeze Dry that hits Steel types, Psychic mons suffer a lot from the fact that Steel is such an omnipresent counter to them and most Psychics have awful coverage with only Fairy moves + Energy Ball which Steel also resists.

Just reduce electric type coverage to non-electrics. It makes sense that electric types will counter a bulky type.

Electric already beats Water and Flying which are two fantastic defensive types, it doesn't need to beat Steel too.

What this will actually lead to is even more Ground spam because Rock is still bad and defensive Ice types are still bad. Also while Rock does need buffs the very last thing it needs is even more overlap with Ground. Electric is in a fine place right now, it doesn't need to be changed.

Cannot believe how fucking stupid gamefreak is not implement that. Imagine how much better this game would be if they implemented this change. Gamefreak has completely lost its touch letting this slip through the cracks.
