I could take or leave the mustache, the main thing is the build. official megastoise has the same proportions as blastoise but hunched over and it doesn't look right. These concepts are all wide, blocky, large flat feet etc. They feel like tanks that can actually support the weight of that fuckhuge cannon on it's back.
