Hebemon term doesn't really work well with single stages, the closest they can be is Hebebabamons as long you stay away from logic.
So, the Hebemon term works better with middle stages, IMO I think the mons that remains short at their last stage are the best ones as they just end up becoming Shortstackmons at that point, for example pic related is Toddlermon, Hebemon, and Shortstackmon throughout her stages.
