In the leaks we've found so far, there doesn't seem to be any reference to a game totally dedicated to Zygarde. So is the sixth generation the slimmest ever?

It was never planned

They made two extra reserve slots for Gen 6 games in case they changed their mind but they actually planned anything

the code mentions kalos reserve x and kalos reserve y
they COULD have become the sequels to xy, but work never started on them in any shape or form.
scrapped content from xy was put into oras and sm instead (soaring in the sky, the zygarde cells etc)
