Gamefreak need to take responsibility for this, regardless of whether or not it was one person or the entire company. Why not just delete such content?
Pokemon are primarily targeted at children and having stuff like this deep-seated within the core of its development is insidious and breeds what is rife in all other immensely rich industries: child trafficking.
