B) If you knew how starter decks work, they usually include a couple focus 'mons, a few support/filler lines and the rest the trainer/item/supporter/etc cards.
The fact there's a couple images with no extra 'mons is leading me to believe there won't be much else but Foongus, Amongous and Reshiram.
