Nintendo / GameFreak taking no Action?

No.56729496 View ViewReplyOriginalReport
It's been more than 7 days since the new Pokémon leaks, and the leaker is still alive and still leaking.

Historically, Nintendo would be ruthless against these type of people, getting riled up for lawsuits or working with the feds, I would've figured Nintendo would take care of the business by day 2 or so, but it appears not.
Then it got me thinking, technically this is not Nintendo's fault. Since this happened to a Gamefreak employee. It's GF's responsibilities at that point, and since GF doesn't have the massive legal resources as Nintendo does, it seems that no action would be taken? I mean the damage is already done at this point. I honestly just find it weird that nothing's being done knowing how ruthless Nintendo is, after all Pokemon is their biggest revenue franchise ever, surely the leaks might've costed them millions of dollars in damages.

I'm not complaining tho, based if the leaker gets to leak away scott free, fuck corporations
