Anyway, it's Pincurchin that sets Electric Terrain and it's an absolute counterpoint to the value of terrains that Pincurchin is almost totally unviable despite being able to activate Quark Drive in gen 9. Tapus had a lot going for them even without terrains. Stats, coverage, and yes, typing, which forced fairy weak Pokemon like Greninja, Buzzwole and Kommo-O to run Poison coverage
I'm not gonna say they were more busted than Urshifu in practice, but look, when the only types you're weak to have generally bad offensive moves, there's a conceptual problem here
