>story bibleDo you NOT know what a story bible is? It's a collection of documents describing the world and scenarios that could happen in the world that you'd refer to while making a story. Common practice for story-driven games, basically every company has their own for their games(except Bethesda.)
Story bibles are not necessarily canon on its own, but parts of the bibles get canonized by being put in whatever media it's attached to. Additionally, the parts left uncanonized can still explain their thought processes left behind in the gaps.
