It's cool for postgame grinding, like for making battle tree teams, but it's way too strong for the main campaign - makes your team feel unearned and replaceable. Should've been your reward for clearing the game

a pokemon is only as valuable as the time you spend with it. the exp. share reduces the time you spend with your pokemon, cheapening the overall experience.

Retarded takes, and that's a good thing, being able to rotate your team around - especially where lategame mons can be ones you want that don't show up until that point - is a great change.

Only faggots use the same team for the whole game like some sort of cuckholds.

The exp share is not the issue by itself, it's the lack of difficulty, even if the feature was turned off not much would change except making the games a bit more of a drag.
There's zero fucking reason to not have a challenge mode available from the start.

Yes. I didn't like it until I actually replayed the older games and realized there's literally no reason to not just sweep everything with one Pokemon.

exp. all is way better and healthier for the game but not when gamefreak refuses to actually balance the game around it or create a campaign that is sizable enough for it to matter

Never had a problem with the concept, the only issue was XY was not balanced around either having it on or having it off. Frankly forcing it was better because they had no choice but to balance around it
If anything rubberbanding experience is worse because you can skip all optional battles and never fall behind in levels, making levels fairly redundant. I like that it means you can get weaker Pokémon up to snuff quickly but it's a double edged sword, I've come round to it though

Looking back on it I'd say it wasn't as big of a deal as it was when it was a new thing. Sometimes I just don't feel like combing through the wild grass to get a pokemon late to the party up to standard when all the trainers are gone. Or when I choose to take the difficult longterm benefit of waiting to evolve a pokemon so it gets a fantastic moveset, over the short term powerboost of evolving a pokemon with mediocre moves later on, exp share makes it a little less cancer to deal with. Basically, I'm ok with it as it makes catching pokemon later in the game or carrying a shitter for an extended period of time a more viable option for the average singleplayer experience

Nope. I still hate it and I still refuse to buy any Pokemon game with always on EXP All. I'll settle for being able to turn the thing off, but I absolutely will not ever buy a Pokemon game with forced EXP All.

1 overleveled Pokemon can hit a dead end when you run into something with an immunity. 6 overleveled Pokemon are unstoppable. If you gave him 6x level 120 Pokemon, even Yawnfag could beat a Smogon player in a battle.

No, it still massively overlevels the pokemon, especially when catching gives exp. Playing through SV, I had to make a secondary team for filling out the pokedex, collecting materials and beating random trainers so my main team would stay appropriately levelled.
