Protect is one of the things that stops VGC from just being turn 1 flip coin for speed control

Protect in limited uses/specific scenarios is necessary, but every time I see some asshole go for the double just to stall out weather/trick room/extend the match, I'm glad moves like Feint exist

Trick Room is balanced around the fact that if your opponent gets a lucky double Protect they can make a comeback. If you don't like it, don't run hard TR and have a plan for once TR expires.
