For the specifics on the artists (and their sites/aliases), I attempted to upload it on Danbooru first, even if just as a preview.
Was generally surprised how much Pixiv stuff got deleted before the Boorus managed to even possibly archive it, let alone got there if still kept online.
(Tumblr and Twitter was notably shite to navigate if you didn’t know who to follow, as they barely made use of its tagging system.)
This is basically what I did. Worked well for bigger thread dumps and made it easier for me to compare the quality of similar/same images from different sources.
You can also try making your own Booru (on your HDD), which is what my longtime buddy from the older times of this board did. For the tags to use, try uploading it on Sankaku Complex, as a preview, their AI can suggest some basic tags. This is also a method I guess.
