As it was the one opportunity she had to take a vacation due to her League responsibilities, she was going to make the most of it by traveling around. Stopping after a while to rest under a tree, she took in the surrounding beauty of nature.
"So this is what it feels like to be free of my league duties" Cynthia thinks to herself. She then gets up from the shady spot and continues walking. After walking for a bit, she notices a cave nearby. "A little bit of cave exploring sounds interesting" Cynthia muses. She enters the cave.
Upon coming in, she notices that the cave is semi dark, so she pulls out a flashlight and shines it to see in the cave. She starts walking through the cave, hoping to find something interesting. After walking for a while, she notices something white on the ground. She goes to feel it, and the substance is very sticky. She goes to pull her hand away, and notices she can't do it right away. She is eventually able to after putting more effort into it. "That was some awfully sticky material, I wonder how if got there?" Cynthia wonders out-loud.
After noting to herself to be more careful while in this cave, Cynthia continues to explore. After some more exploring, she runs into something that astonishes her. In front of her, she sees a massive spider web.
