Yes there was some take slander; but modern pokemon isn't just take. Additionally there's obviously a take character among them.
Her characters look weird and are basically consistently drawn way off her model by everyone else, gee i wonder why. But regardless the style people think of for SV, PLA, SM and Sword is still not her style despite her characters being prominent.
The stuff she does looks wildly out of place in modern gens still.
