I'd say my favorite just by how iconic they are would be Dawn's beenie, Hilda's cap, Serena's hat and Selene chicken head.
Rosa's cap is easily the most forgettable part of her design, May's durag seemed way too simplistic for me even as a kid. Leaf and Lyra's hat are cute but pretty unremarkable. I find Gloria's beret way too /fa/ for a pokemon trainer.

Worse is definitely Kalem who looks like a gigantic homosexual and Nate who I cannot even describe how shitty his whole head design is.
