Watched it not too long ago after quite a while, Alto Mare looks marvelous in places and its always nice to get these movies in detailed city locations, the CG implementation works. Villains being so incidental is valid but it feels not much better than the TRio themselves haphazardly creating the conflict in later movies. But I didn't terribly care for the jet dragons, and without that a piece was missing. Kind of like the Lucario movie in that way, though I think this one probably fares better with that deficit just for visuals alone.
