i never chose chespin when i was younger because the first gym was bug type but i regret that now because chesnaught is the best of the three by a country mile

I was almost impressed that they looked at Infernape's dogshit design and Torterra's evolutionary design schizophrenia and really said "Yep that's gonna be EVERY FUCKING STARTER line" when they did in the first time in Gen V but by XYZ I wasn't entertained anymore. If there's one thing I can say about S/V at least it returned to having at least 2 starter lines be aesthetically well designed and congruent with themselves again.
