Viridian Forest magic doesn’t make her a Mary Sue by itself. At worst it is contrived/clunky world building.
If Yellow is a Mary Sue, it would be on the basis of her allies (does everyone like her and depend on her without good reason) and her opponents (does she overcome them too easily).
