Like, my personal cartridge of Blue has some kid's name written on the back in Sharpie marker.
(I got it second hand) And it probably takes away from the value... but I'm not selling.
It adds to the soul.
Also, thanks Hannah for the game. You probably traded it in twenty three years ago for Silver or Gold.

The book says Pidgeot is pronounced Pid-Jit and not Pid-Jee-Ot iirc so we can take those with a grain of salt

But I mean, as someone who didn't watch the anime past the first 100 episodes, there's probably a ton of Pokemon that I pronounce the 'non-canon' way.
Like, I know I don't pronounce Rattata right, because I throw a non-existent 't' on the end.
