Harper and Sarah are part of a sidequest in Sun and Moon after you beat Olivia or post-game in Ultra. They're just the Preschooler/Twins Trainer Class, though.

I have only two requests for Gen 10.
Give me Parasect, and let me grow berries.
I want my bro so I can hunt shinies, and I want to be unchained from the shackles of the Pokemon Center and it's healthcare system.
In USUM I could grow Sitrus and Leppa and never have to set foot in a Center until I needed the PC. SV lets me access it anywhere, so I'm almost free.
