SV is way more of what a 3D pokemon should be and one of the better gens overall and no one talks about it

Nah, the reason they can get away with "low effort crap" is because their low effort is still better than the high effort of others.
There's a reason why monster tamer fans always gravitate back towards pokemon and that's because it's the most bang for your buck series and the worst part about it is the performance which isn't a big deal in turn based games.
