>>56798260The obvious main portion was the mass dumping of beta designs. There's not too many among them I feel unfortunate to have missed, but it is pretty cool to see them and the review process they go through. I wish they had the same sort of people giving feedback towards modern designs
The lore stuff for arceus and the regis is cool too. It also made me reconsider the gen 8 regis, since before I thought they were just lazily recycling a well-liked concept, and while that is probably still true, the fact that there's a good reason for it lets me be a lot more accepting of them
I'm sure the fan game community will enjoy all the technical stuff though it's beyond me
Nice to see how they were actually somewhat ambitious with XY as well, even if most of it never made it to production
